Please complete Spring Registration only if you did NOT register in the Fall. Please also complete the Liability Waiver, Medical Form, and Handbook.

If you are registered and have NOT filled out a Favorite Things form, please do so! We would like to have one form for each child & parent who participates in WTWKA. Do not feel obligated to fill the Favorite Things form out completely. 

**All participants in WTWKA Field Trips are REQUIRED to have the liability waiver signed and completed before the field trip. Please complete one if you have not already done so.
