hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Liability Release Form. This form pertains to the participation of
in the homeschool activities organized by Where The Wild Kids Are.

Assumption of Risk:
1. I understand that participation in homeschool activities through Where The Wild Kids Are involves inherent risks and hazards. These risks include, but are not limited to, accidents, injuries, illness, property damage, and unforeseen events. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of myself and my child.

Release of Liability:
2. In consideration for my child's participation in homeschool activities through Where The Wild Kids Are, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Where The Wild Kids Are (WTWKA), parents acting as teachers and helpers, field trip venues and their representatives (collectively referred to as "the Released Parties"), from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney's fees) that may arise from or be related to my child's participation in the homeschool activities. This release applies to any claims arising from the negligence, fault, or strict liability of any of the Released Parties, whether such claims are known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen from now and into the future.

Medical Emergencies:
3. I understand that the Organizers, the field trip venues, and their representatives will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the Organizers to seek emergency medical treatment for my child or myself, including medical transportation, if necessary. I agree to assume all costs associated with any medical treatment provided to my child or myself.

Governing Law and Severability:
4. This Liability Release Form shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana. If any provision or portion of this form is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
