Spotlight on: Vertical eXcape

Vertical eXcape is an indoor climbing and training facility located at 1315 N. Royal Ave in Evansville (near Eastland Mall). We offer over 12,000 square feet of rock climbing surfaces with heights up to 32 feet, over 40 climbing stations, dedicated bouldering areas, and a great gathering area for your group. With an interesting array of slabs, vertical sections, and overhangs, Vertical eXcape is sure to please everyone from the first time adventure seeker to the advanced climber. At Vertical eXcape, beginners are introduced to climbing in a safe and structured manner, while advanced climbers are offered a year-round training facility to fine-tune techniques and promote healthier lifestyles.

Our Homeschool P.E. Program is great for new climbers or those less focused on training and competitions. The educational component at this level is through super fun games and activities. In addition to a weekly 1 hour training session, VX Youth Teams include unlimited climbing and gear rental outside of training sessions. Give us a call today for more information! 812-479-6887

Spotlight on: Indiana State Museum & Historic Sites

The Indiana State Museum & Historic Sites offer classes, events and group visits for homeschool families that integrate art, history and STEM through hands-on exploration, gallery tours, outdoor investigation and more. Our Southwest region includes Angel Mounds, New Harmony, and Vincennes. Our goal is to have monthly Homeschool events at each site, with activities focused on the individuality of our history.
